From Tony Award winning productions, such as The Phantom of the Opera, The Lion King and Chicago, to shows that have yet to celebrate their opening night, including Six, Girl From The North Country, and the Waitress revival. Broadway is back and LITE FM looks forward to celebrating with Broadway fans from near and far.

Yesterday, Tony Nominee Andrew Rannells (Girls, The Book of Mormon), Tony Winner Ali Stroker (Oklahoma!), BroadwayEvolved co-founder Betsy Wolfe (Waitress, Falsettos), and more were on the Bryant Park stage as part of the Bryant Park Corporation’s Broadway-Bound Initiative.

Bryant Park Picnic Performances' season of free, live performances will continue with the Carnegie Hall Citywide Series beginning July 9. Tapping into the pulse of the city, these performances bring New Yorkers together to share in the joy of music.

Bryant Park Picnic Performances' season of free, live performances will continue on Friday, July 2 at 7pm with a fully-staged, one-hour abridged performance of Georges Bizet's beloved opera, Carmen, from the New York City Opera. This will be New York City Opera's first fully staged, hour-long adaptation performed this year.

Mauricio Martinez (On Your Feet!) will appear in-person to introduce a number of major events as part of Bryant Park Picnic Performances, starting on this Friday June 18 with the New York City Opera's Pride in the Park event.

Earlier this week, Bryant Park's Picnic Performances kicked off, treating New Yorkers to music by past masters - including the Classical era's Mozart and Joseph Bologne, Chevalier de Saint-Georges - and American sounds, including an uplifting piece by Philharmonic Very Young Composer Ilana Rahim-Braden. Broadway favorite Jessica Vosk made a special appearance and Lina González-Granados conducted in her Philharmonic debut.

It has been announced that Jessica Vosk will be hosting New York Philharmonic's opening night concert of Bryant Park Picnic Performances series! The summer will kick off with a four-night run of performances from June 9 to June 12 with a 25-piece orchestra from the world-renowned New York Philharmonic.
