Frantic Assembly today announced the full casting for I Think We Are Alone, a major new play by Sally Abbott (The Coroner, Vera), co-directed by Kathy Burke (Lady Windermere's Fan, The Retreat) and Scott Graham (Fatherland, Things I Know to be True). The work will premiere at Theatre Royal Plymouth on 3rd February and tour to venues including Theatre Royal Stratford East, The Lowry, Nuffield Southampton, Bristol Old Vic, and Leicester's Curve in Spring 2020. The production sits at the centre of a year of programming celebrating 25 years of Frantic Assembly.

Arcola Theatre in association with DOT Theatre today announce the full company for the London première of multi-award-winning writer Zinnie Harris' Meet Me at Dawn. Murat Daltaban directs Jessica Hardwick (Helen) and Marianne Oldham (Robyn). Meet Me at Dawn, which draws on the legend of Orpheus and Eurydice in this gripping tale of devotion and loss, opens on 16 October, with previews from 9 October and runs until 9 November.

Bristol Riverside Theatre will kick off its 33rd Season by putting God centerstage in the sinfully funny An Act of God by 13-time Emmy winner David Javerbaum. Seated at the staircase to Heaven, audiences will find national TV, film and comedy star Kim Wayans. The In Living Color alum, and a member of the famous Wayans family, will rule the universe in a new comedy penned by former The Daily Show with Jon Stewart writer Javerbaum. The play, which was a smash hit on Broadway, was based on Javerbaum's Twitter persona @TheTweetofGod, which now boasts six million followers. An Act of God is directed by BRT Founding Director Susan D. Atkinson. The show will run for 28 performances, from September 17 to October 13, 2019, with the press opening on Thursday, September 19 at 7:30pm. All performances are at Bristol Riverside Theatre in Bucks County, located at 120 Radcliffe Street. Prince George's County Shakespeare in the Parks presents Much Ado About Nothing, the fun-filled comedy featuring Beatrice and Benedick, two of the Bard's wittiest creations. The rivals' secret love for each other is revealed when they come to the rescue of Claudio and Hero, whose wedding has been sabotaged by the nefarious Don John. Second Stage Theater has announced complete casting for the Broadway production of Tracy Letts's Linda Vista. Directed by Dexter Bullard, the production will feature Ian Barford (Wheeler), Sally Murphy (Margaret), Caroline Neff (Anita), Chantal Thuy (Minnie), Jim True-frost (Paul), Cora Vander Broek (Jules) and Troy West (Michael).
