Finding Neverland, the enchanting Broadway musical, is set to soar on tour starting this fall in Lancaster, PA.   

Broadway is coming to the big screen! Thirteen movie musicals are currently in development and are set to delight audiences in the coming months and years, from long-awaited movie adaptations to remakes and sequels of fan favorites. With such a variety to look forward to, we're getting you prepared by giving you a peek at each of the movies officially announced to receive the silver screen treatment! Terror TV has greenlit Council Tree Productions' TERROR TALK, a monthly series of televised specials and the first original project for the burgeoning subscription service, the brainchild of producer and executive Darrin Ramage.

Drummer Jordan Cannata (Adrenaline Mob, Stereo Satellite), who recently toured with Doro Pesch of Warlock, is currently on a European tour with Dark Sky Choir. Jordan, who is represented by Rock'D Management Group and Grand Slam Productions along with Stereo Satellite, will release their debut album later this year.

'Generation Z' focuses on mental health issues that young adults are currently battling. Created by and about Gen Z the series follows 5 teenagers in a therapy support group; these 5 diverse characters deal with different mental health issues and individual struggles. The show is executive produced by health brand HealthGenYZ.

The 23rd Annual QFest, Houston's International LGBTQ Film Festival, will commemorate films of influence and personal inspiration with event appearances including Houston native Jonathan Caouette and Cassandro, the Exotico. The film festival begins Wednesday, July 24th running through Wednesday, July 31st, 2019 with screenings at Rice Media Center, The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, Brasil Cafe, Aurora Picture Show, Holocaust Museum Houston, and Mystic Lyon. Atlantic recording artist Josie Dunne has released the official music video for “Ooh La La,” streaming now via Josie's YouTube channel. The video, directed by Bree Marie Fish, finds Josie using a 'memory extractor' to try to erase a relationship and saw its premiere earlier today via Billboard, who declared, “With Dunne's quirky humor, it's a charming display of the singer's charisma and her ability to move on.”

Hennepin Theatre welcomes the First National Tour of MEAN GIRLS-the record-breaking new musical comedy produced by Lorne Michaels, Stuart Thompson, Sonia Friedman, and Paramount Pictures based on the hit film-will be coming to historic Orpheum Theatre Tuesday, Oct. 1 to Sunday, Oct. 13, 2019 as part of the 2018-2020 Bank of America Broadway on Hennepin series. 

YouTube Originals will host panels for two of its biggest series at VidCon on Thursday, July 11 and Saturday, July 13. The panels will feature YouTube Originals longest running series, ESCAPE THE NIGHT, and Creator led, LIZA ON DEMAND, in anticipation for season two premiering.

Vevo today announced that former DSCVR artist, Def Jam Recordings' YK Osiris has been named the Vevo's new LIFT artist of 2019 - an artist development program that identifies and elevates emerging musicians, by creating a series of original content videos. Shot in Jacksonville, the premiere of 'Worth It' is the first of three pieces of content Vevo will release as part of YK Osiris's LIFT campaign.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences is extending invitations to join the organization to 842 artists and executives who have distinguished themselves by their contributions to theatrical motion pictures. The 2019 class is 50% women, 29% people of color, and represents 59 countries. Those who accept the invitations will be the only additions to the Academy's membership in 2019.
