Emmy ® Award-winners RuPaul and World of Wonder ("RuPaul's Drag Race," "Million Dollar Listing," upcoming documentaries "STONEWALL OUTLOUD" and "Liberty: Mother of Exiles") hosted the fifth annual and largest ever RuPaul's DragCon LA at the Los Angeles Convention Center this weekend. Attendees from 44 different countries mixed and mingled with over 75 of the world's top Drag Queens and other talent at the massively successful drag and pop culture convention. RuPaul's DragCon NYC tickets are now on sale for the weekend of September 6th-8th, and the convention returns to Los Angeles May 1st-3rd, 2020.

The popular 'Cabaret On Sundays' Series presented by Les Michaels of Life Is A Cabaret will begin the 11th season on June 2, 2019 with a total of 18 shows in the Summer Season that runs through September 29, 2019.  The cabaret shows are presented in concert format at the Arthur Newman Theatre located in the Joslyn Center in Palm Desert at 73750 Catalina Way.  All shows are Sundays at 2 pm and tickets are all $15 cash only and doors open at 1 pm.

Vevo has named CNCO as the first Vevo LIFT artist of 2019 - an artist development program that identifies and elevates emerging musicians, by creating a series of original content videos. Shot in Miami, the premiere of 'Pretend' is the first of three pieces of content Vevo will release as part of CNCO's LIFT campaign.

Roberta Linn To Perform In Palm Desert

One of the desert's favorite performers, Roberta Linn, will perform a special cabaret concert on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at the Arthur Newman Theater at the Jolsyn Center in Palm Desert. The show will feature many of her signature songs along with insider stories about her life, career, and close friendships with some of the biggest names in show business. Joining Roberta will be a trio led by Kevin Tokarz on piano, with Danny Flahive on Bass, and Gary Whiteside on drums. The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts will present the 22nd annual Mark Twain Prize for American Humor to Dave Chappelle on Sunday, October 27, 2019 in the Kennedy Center Concert Hall. The Prize, which is named to honor one of the world's greatest humorists, will be given at a gala performance featuring some of the biggest names in comedy. The program will be broadcast on PBS stations on January 6, 2020. On-sale and ticketing information for this event will be available at a later date, and sponsorship packages for the Mark Twain Prize gala performance are on sale now.

YouTube today announced that all of its forthcoming original series and specials will soon be available for fans around the world to watch for free with ads- just like they enjoy everything else on the platform. In addition, YouTube unveiled a new and returning slate of original series and specials focused on music, learning and personalities that will all be free with ads, including seasons 1 and 2 of “Cobra Kai” beginning this fall. The announcements were made on stage today at YouTube's annual Brandcast event by Chief Business Officer Robert Kyncl.
