Wiltshire Creative today announce the full cast for Lucy Kirkwood's The Children opening at Salisbury Playhouse next month. Belinda Lang directs Christine Kavanagh (Rose), Joanne Pearce (Hazel) and Brian Protheroe (Robin).

The Granite Theatre has announced their 2022 season! The 2022 Season will be presented at The Granite Theatre from the end of March through the end of December. Under the Artistic Director of Erin Sousa Stanley, she describes the endeavor as “A new year, A new Granite, and a new season like you have never seen before.”

During today’s Shaw Festival Annual General Meeting, outgoing Board Chair Peter Jewett announced the appointments of Greg Prince and Samiha Sachedina to the Shaw Festival Board of Directors, along with Rebecca H. Joseph’s placement on the Festival’s Board of Governors. All are leaders in their respective industries and passionate supporters of arts and culture in Canada. Vice Chair Ian M.H. Joseph was also elevated to the position of Chair. He has served on the Shaw Festival Board of Directors since 2016.

Joining the previously announced Alex Jennings in Stephen Beresford's The Southbury Child are Holly Atkins, Josh Finan, Jack Greenlees, Jo Herbert, Phoebe Nicholls, Racheal Ofori and Sarah Twomey. Final casting will be announced shortly.

The full cast & creative team has been announced for the Directors Company’s production of The Lucky Star by Karen Hartman, part of the inaugural VOLT Festival at 59E59. Directed by Noah Himmelstein (Rooted), The Lucky Star begins previews on April 26, 2022, in Theater A and opens May 5 for a run through June 12, 2022.

Kiln Theatre's Artistic Director Indhu Rubasingham announces the full company for Chinonyerem Odimba's Black Love. Black Love launches the theatre's 2022 season, transforming the venue into the round.
