York Little Theatre Hosts JOSEPH Auditions 9/27
YLT is holding auditions on September 27 and 28, 2010, for their upcoming production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's classic Broadway musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, which runs December 3 - 19, 2010.
The show tells the story of Joseph, favorite son of Jacob, who is sold into slavery by eleven jealous brothers. YLT's production will be directed by Artistic Director Eric Bradley Long, with musical director Mitch Cooper.
YLT is looking for a large ensemble of actors of all ages. Anyone interested in auditioning should contact York Little Theatre either at info@ylt.org or 717-854-3894 to schedule an appointment. Children's choir auditions will begin at 6:00. Adult auditions will begin at 7:00. Auditioners should come dressed comfortably for a movement audition; prepare 16 bars or 1 minute of a musical theatre song; and bring all known conflicts from the months of October through December. Callbacks will be held on Wednesday, September 29.
