By: Jul. 01, 2010

Rock n Roll Hall of Famer DION returns to the State Theatre in Easton for one show only, Thursday, July 29th at 8 PM.

Tickets are $40 & $35 and can be obtained by visiting the State Theatre Box Office, 453 Northampton Street, Easton, by calling 1-800-999-STATE, 610-252-3132 or online at www.statetheatre.org.

Singer Dion DiMucci, better known simply as Dion, epitomized the indigenous music of the Bronx streets where he grew up. In 1957, he teamed with three neighborhood pals to form Dion and the Belmonts, blending four-part harmonies and rock-n-roll roots to produce hits like "I Wonder Why," "A Teenager in Love," "Runaround Sue," and "The Wanderer." In 1989, Dion was inducted into the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame and in 2002, Martin Guitar created The Wanderer, the Dion Signature Edition Model.
