The Kiss Me, Kate cast turns up the heat at the 2019 Tony Awards with a performance of 'Too Darn Hot.'

This morning, the cast of the Tony-nominated musical 'Kiss Me, Kate' hit the plaza during TODAY's Best of Broadway Week with a live performance of 'Too Darn Hot.'

Kiss Me, Kate is bringing audiences to their feet every night at Studio 54, where it opened just last month. Twenty years after they first performed the roles, Broadway stars Audra McDonald and Brian Stokes Mitchell re-united to sing 'Wheels of a Dream' from Ragtime LIVE at the Kennedy Center at the et Freedom Ring! concert in collaboration with Georgetown University on January 21st, 2019. Lane as 'Paul,' Stephanie Styles as 'Lois Lane/Bianca,' Adrienne Walker as 'Hattie,' Lance Coadie Williams as 'Gangster (Second Man)' and John Pankow as 'Gangster (First Man).'

KISS ME, KATE, directed by Chris Causer, is led by Mikaela Sullivan and Cliff Gabor as Lilli VanessiKatherine and Fred GrahamPetruchio, respectively. The cast also features Heidi Hansfield (Lois LaneBianca), Tyler Sonkin (Bill CalhounLucentio), Jenilee Houghton (First Gangster), Jessica James (Second Gangster), Anthony C.
