Theater for the New City will present a one-night-only reading of Yesterday’s Bread, a new play by Russ Pastena, presented as part of TNC’s New City, New Blood Reading Series.

SNL's Ego Nwodim has joined  the cast of And Scene at Caveat Theater. And Scene is the hilarious half-scripted comedy show where actors perform scenes along side New York's top improvisers.

Robinson’s adaptation sticks to the development of the characters and deletes some unnecessary filler. Set in Nina Ball’s excellently appointed 5 & Dime during a drought, the once thriving town is now a dried-up skeleton, and the women brought together for their reunion are all caught up in the divergence between present realities and memories of 1955.
