The musical, magical Cast Party, hosted by Jim Caruso, continues at Birdland! After running full-steam for eighteen years, you’d think the energy would have faded a bit. But you’d be wrong!
This past Monday’s Cast Party – the weekly open mic/variety show that has been in residence at Birdland every Monday for eighteen years was yet another celebration of fantastic talent! Host Jim Caruso, along with Billy Stritch on piano, Steve Doyle on bass and Daniel Glass on the drums introduced dozens of singers – young and old, up-and-comers and established – to the packed house.

Revered and adored, Lorna Dallas performed on the New York cabaret stage for the first time in 20 years in 2018. One year later she was bestowed with the Bistro Award. Suffice it to say, Manhattan missed Miss Dallas.
She is a singer, actress, host, comedienne and shines on whatever stage she's on, and she's been on some amazing stages - Royal Albert Hall, London Palladium, Carnegie Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center to name a few.
