What did our critic think of MEAN GIRLS at Cultural Arts Playhouse? The 2018 smash-hit musical MEAN GIRLS, based on the 2004 cult classic is playing at the Cultural Arts Playhouse in Merrick. Directed by Taneisha Corbin, the production is bursting at the seams with energy and electricity. 

BroadwayKids&Company School of Performing Arts, the only pre-professional performing arts training academy in Southeastern CT, will perform Mean Girls: High School Version at the Garde Arts Center May 5th and 6th.

Cady, the new student who learns that high school is like the jungles of Africa. She “Meets the Plastics” the top of the high school hierarchy, and learns how cruel queen bee, Regina George, is and her friends Janice and Damian create a “Revenge Party” to bring Regina down. We see each characters' growth, just as we all did through high school.

How far would you have gone to be one of the cool kids in high school? That's the theme of Mean Girls, which is running now through April 22 only.

Jon Hamm has joined the cast of the Mean Girls movie musical as gym coach and sex-ed teacher Coach Carr. He joins Tina Fey, Tim Meadows, Connor Raitliff, Angourie Rice, Auli'i Cravalho, Jaquel Spivey, Avantika, Bebe Wood, Christopher Briney, Ashley Park, Mahi Alam, Busy Phillips, Jenna Fischer, and Reneé Rapp in the new film.

Mahi Alam and Connor Ratliff have joined the cast of the upcoming movie musical adaptation of Mean Girls. Alam will play Mathlete Kevin G., who befriends Cady (Angourie Rice) while having a crush on her friend Janis (Auli’i Cravalho). They join Reneé Rapp, Jaquel Spivey, Tina Fey, Busy Philipps, Jenna Fischer, Tim Meadows, Ashley Park, and more.
