59E59 Theaters is now presenting 'Mr. Toole,' a production that will appeal to literature and drama lovers alike. The Off-Broadway premiere of this play is superbly written by Vivian Neuwirth, finely directed by Cat Parker, and features an outstanding cast.

59E59 Theaters (Val Day, Artistic Director; Brian Beirne, Managing Director), will welcome the Off Broadway premiere of MR. TOOLE, written by Vivian Neuwirth and directed by Cat Parker. Produced by Articulate Theatre Company, in association with Lagniappe Productions, MR. TOOLE begins performances on Friday, February 28 for a limited engagement through Sunday, March 15.

Littlejohn Contemporary Art and Garvey Simon Art Access present Bestiary. Bestiary will whimsically showcase an array of artists' interpretations of the world through literal and abstract animal imagery. The exhibition will be on view now through January 26, 2013. A reception will be held on Thursday, January 17th from 6 - 8pm.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAYHOUSE SCHOOL OF THE THEATRE celebrated its 80th Anniversary with a gala and reunion for alumni, patrons, faculty and students of the renowned school which is one of the oldest theatre institutions in New York City. The celebration was held on Sunday, Nov. 9 at 6 PM at Tavern on the Green.
