There’s been much excitement about the West End transfer of Daniel Fish’s production of Oklahoma! Following a successful run on Broadway it was inevitable that the West End would be its next stop.

Frankie Grande will play his final performance as Victor Garber in Titanique at the Daryl Roth Theatre on December 22. 

The cast includes Carrie St. Louis (Wicked, Kinky Boots) as Rose, Russell Daniels (80's Prom, That Bachelorette Show) as Ruth, who star alongside original cast members and co-authors Marla Mindelle (Sister Act, Netflix's 'Special') as Céline Dion, and Constantine Rousouli (Cruel Intentions, 'This is the Night') as Jack.

New cast members will board the hit musical comedy Titanique, beginning performances this Sunday, November 20 at the Daryl Roth Theatre in Union Square. Following a Broadway run and a U.S. tour, Daniel Fish and Jordan Fein’s Tony-winning production of the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical comes to London’s Young Vic like a hipster cowboy riding into town. In their audacious interpretation, the heart and soul of this American classic offer themselves up in a new, disturbing guise. For what comes into view at the end of its three hours is a vision of American communality forged not only in camaraderie, but also in conflict and blood.

Playwright Lindsay Joelle introduces us to the unique world of the Rebbe's loyal foot soldiers who travel around Manhattan in a Mitzvah Tank, performing good deeds and spreading the gospel of the Chabad-Lubavitch to non-observant and alienated Jews. In its New England premiere at New Repertory Theatre, under the direction of Celine Rosenthal, TRAYF focuses on the relationship between best friends Zalmy and Shmuel as they explore the boundaries of their faith and friendship.

On June 28, 2019, Santa Fe Opera opened its 63rd Season with Giacomo Puccini's tale of poverty-stricken young lovers in nineteenth century Paris. Stage Director Mary Birnbaum told the tale in a straight forward manner but with with an occasional twist that fomented conversation among audience members during the intermission and after the final act. 

Purcell's DIDO AND AENEAS, written in about 1689 with a libretto by Nahum Tate, doesn't exist in a final version approved by the composer but, well, never mind. In the care of the more-than-budding artists of the Juilliard415 historical music ensemble and singers from Juilliard's Marcus Institute for Vocal Arts, all was well.

Juilliard's Ellen and James S. Marcus Institute for Vocal Arts, under the leadership of Artistic Director Brian Zeger, continues its opera season with Henry Purcell's Dido and Aeneas, with additional selections by Purcell. The performances will be directed by Mary Birnbaum and choreographed by Claudia Schreier, and will feature Juilliard singers and period-instrument ensemble Juilliard415 conducted by Avi Stein. They will take place on Wednesday, February 20, and Friday, February 22, 2019, at 7:30pm, and Sunday, February 24, 2019, at 2pm in Juilliard's Rosemary and Meredith Willson Theater.

Underground Railway Theater is proud to present Rajiv Joseph's Guards at the Taj from March 1 to April 1, 2018 and is directed by Gabriel Vega Weissman. The press performance is Monday, March 5 at 7:30PM.

Juilliard Opera's season opens with W.A. Mozart's romantic comedy La finta giardiniera on November 15, 17, and 19, 2017, led by distinguished Metropolitan Opera conductor Joseph Colaneri, who makes his Juilliard Orchestra debut, and directed by faculty member Mary Birnbaum.
