Women of The Wings Volume 4: A Celebration of Female Musical Theatre Writers will take place at 54 Below on September 30th at 9:30pm.

Next week, 54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club & Private Event Destination, presents some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond. A recipient of the 2022 Tony Awards® Honor for Excellence in the Theatre, 54 Below celebrates Broadway musicals and writers of the past and present, promoting an ongoing engagement with their work.

After their hit concerts in March and June this year, Collard & Rosenblatt are back at 54 Below! The duo will be joining Megan Minutillo's concert series, Women of the Wings, on September 30th at 9:30pm.

The New Musicals Lab at Ferguson Center is returning for its fourth season! Continuing with the program's previous success, the New Musicals Lab grants new shows a safe and supportive space to workshop and further develop.

This year's musical will be Charlotte Lucas is 27 and Not Dead, a two act romantic-comedy with a contemporary rock/pop score juxtaposed against a 19th Century regency setting.

After a highly successful presentation at the New Musicals Lab, Collard & Rosenblatt's Like the Wind will receive a staged reading on December 19th and 20th. Directed by Daniella Caggiano, with music direction by Rai Arsa Artha and stage management by Isabel Schwartzberg, the two-night only staged reading will debut at The Brick in Brooklyn, NY.

Tommy Ranieri will direct THE WITCHING HOUR: UNAUTHORIZED! Some of New York’s hottest composers are coming together on October 16th at 9:30 PM in The Green Room 42 for a spooky and intimate evening of original music inspired by famous Halloween films. 

Tin Pan Alley 2, a free concert series featuring new musical theatre works, is pleased to feature a panel of emerging writers on Friday, August 27th, 2021 at 7:30pm ET.

The New Musicals Lab (NML) at the Ferguson Center for the Performing Arts at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia, is making space for new musical works by providing Artist Residencies with access to world-class facilities, funding, and student and Broadway talent.

Season Two of The Latest Draft Podcast premieres this Friday, February 12. After receiving dozens of submissions, the producers narrowed down the season to eight podcast musicals and 20 cabaret songs.

Collard & Rosenblatt dropped a new song on 'Inspire Your Heart with Art' Day (January 31st), to kick off the week-long fundraiser on Facebook.

The Latest Draft Podcast is taking submissions of short-form musicals and stand-alone songs for its second season. Following the success of Season 1, The Latest Draft team is eager to feature eight new 10-20 minute musicals and several cabaret songs. Season 2 will premiere in Feb. 2021.

Jason SweetTooth Williams (Be More Chill) is fittingly turned into a cookie for this virtual performance video of an original new song by Eric Fegan (Music) and Jamie Maletz (Lyrics). With backup cookies played by Badia Farha (School of Rock), Cori Jaskier, Kennedy Kanagawa, MinJi Kim, Luana Psaros, and Dani Weiner and a cameo by Broadway lyricist Mindi Dickstein (who inspired the song), the piece is about quarantine snacking. Orchestrations are by Elspeth Collard.
