he ADAPT Community Network Board of Directors announced today the 2022 honorees for the ADAPT Leadership Awards, which will take place on Thursday, March 10th, 2022, at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City.

With the country still fighting COVID-19, a groundbreaking inauguration, the Capitol insurrection, and continued protests for racial justice, 2021 proved to be a year unlike any other in modern-day history. The special will feature David Muir, George Stephanopoulos, Lara Spencer, Jimmie Allen, actress Ryan Michelle Bathe, Kevin Frazier, and more.

ABC News announced today on “Good Morning America” that co-anchor George Stephanopoulos has the first exclusive interview with actor Alec Baldwin, following the deadly shooting on the set of the film “Rust.” A following episode of '20/20' will detail the events of the deadly shooting after the interview.

“World News Tonight” anchor David Muir will lead coverage for the network’s special reports on results, 'Good Morning America' correspondents Stephanie Ramos and Kenneth Moton report from polling places in Virginia, “Nightline” with co-anchor Juju Chang will report on the high-stakes gubernatorial race.

The special coverage will reflect on all that happened since that tragic morning and feature the live ceremony taking place in lower Manhattan. Other interviews, specials, and documentaries will be released throughout the week.

The two-hour “20/20” events air Fridays from 9:01-11:00 p.m. EDT on ABC and are available to stream on ABC News digital platforms and Hulu. David Sloan is senior executive producer, and Janice Johnston is executive producer.
