Wednesday’s broadcast of “Live with Kelly and Ryan” (on 7/20/22) marked the show’s most-watched telecast (2.287 million) on any day in 1 month — since Monday, 6/20/22. Wednesday’s episode featured news anchor David Muir, actress Bailee Madison and dermatologist Dr. Doris Day.

Following Billy Ray Turner’s conviction in the murder trial of former NBA player Lorenzen Wright, “20/20” reports on the case that haunted Wright’s family and the city of Memphis, Tennessee, for years after authorities discovered Wright’s body in a field beside a road. The documentary includes Sherra Wright-Robinson, Deborah Marion, and more.

The program includes audio from the police’s interview with Carter, text messages between Roy and Carter and interviews with individuals who were close to the couple. “20/20” also features footage from the new Hulu series “The Girl from Plainville,” based on the case and starring Elle Fanning as Carter.

“World News Tonight” anchor David Muir will lead coverage for the network’s special reports on results, 'Good Morning America' correspondents Stephanie Ramos and Kenneth Moton report from polling places in Virginia, “Nightline” with co-anchor Juju Chang will report on the high-stakes gubernatorial race.

The special coverage will reflect on all that happened since that tragic morning and feature the live ceremony taking place in lower Manhattan. Other interviews, specials, and documentaries will be released throughout the week.
