The award-winning Emerging Artists Theatre (EAT), currently celebrating their 30th anniversary, has announced three new Off-Broadway plays having their World Premiere this fall at the 28th Street Theatre (also known as TADA). The two month engagement will feature the following plays running in repertory: Anne Being Frank by Ron Elisha, Doris Day: My Secret Love by Paul Adams, and Sex Work Sex Play by Caytha Jentis.

There are just two weeks left to experience Cat On A Hot Tin Roof, in a new production by Ruth Stage at The Theater at St. Clements. Directed by Joe Rosario (Flowers for Algernon), this is the first production of the Tennessee Williams play that his estate has allowed to be produced Off-Broadway. This production will close August 14, as scheduled.

A popular stage actor best known for being quirkily funny in musicals (Off-Broadway in March Of The Falsettos, on Broadway in Romance, Romance, The Secret Garden and Gypsy), Fraser reinvents a classic character and turns in a performance that thrills with its gutsy power masked by her character's well-rehearsed elegance.

The original scheduled run of this production, which had been announced for January, 2022, was postponed due to the ongoing health crisis.

Emerging Artists Theatre has announced the return of their biannual New Work Series which runs October 4 - 24, 2021 at TADA Theater in the Flatiron District.

Award-winning Emerging Artists Theatre will present four evenings of virtual performances on Monday nights in May. The series will feature new dance and theatre pieces that have been pre-recorded at various theatres across the country.

In celebration of their 28th season, Emerging Artists Theatre will present a virtual benefit reading of Doris Day: A Sentimental Journey, by Paul Adams. Longtime collaborator Melissa Attebery, directs. The reading stars Tiffan Borelli as Doris Day and is accompanied by Matt Casarino Proceeds will benefit Emerging Artists Theatre (EAT) and The Doris Day Animal Foundation.

Long Island's newest year-round professional theatrical venue, The Argyle Theatre (Mark and Dylan Perlman, Managing Partners; Evan Pappas, Artistic Director), presents the musical Miracle on 34th Street, The Musical with book, music and lyrics by Meredith Willson (The Music Man). Performances began November 14, 2019 for a limited engagement through Sunday afternoon, December 29, 2019 at The Argyle Theatre (34 West Main Street, Babylon, Long Island). Opening Night was Saturday evening, November 16, 2019. Miracle on 34th Street, The Musical is sponsored by P.C.
