After his award-winning success in the Indie films YES and BOBCAT MORETTI (opposite Vivica A. Fox, Taryn Manning, and Academy Award nominee Sally Kirkland - set to hit cinemas in June), Tim Realbuto has been tapped to play Hollywood royalty.

Atmosphere will release their new album So Many Other Realities Exist Simultaneously (out via Rhymesayers Entertainment), and share the video for lead single “Okay.” As Slug raps over one of the most dynamic productions Ant has ever released, the song lays the groundwork for an album-length exercise in fumbling consciousness. 

Newly LA-Based actor, also known for his countless New York stage and concert work, Tim Realbuto was nominated for Best Leading Actor In A Motion Picture for his gripping, brave, transformative performance as the title character in ‘BOBCAT MORETTI’ at the Chandler International Film Festival Awards.

‘Bobcat Moretti’, the new boxing drama from Different Duck Films, has been in the press quite a bit recently. Deadline recently reported that star (and New York stage actor) Tim Realbuto (Yes; Lost In Yonkers) lost 154 pounds to play the title character, the most any actor has for a role in cinema history.

Due to scheduling issues, the Jeremy Piven performance originally scheduled for Friday, Sept. 9, 2022 has been rescheduled to Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022 at 8 p.m. at the Red Rock Ballroom inside Red Rock Resort. 

Tim Realbuto (Lost In Yonkers) will be joined by his “Bobcat Moretti” co-stars Vivica A. Fox (Independence Day; Kill Bill; Set It Off), and Taryn Manning (Orange Is The New Black; 8 Mile; Karen) to promote their latest film, which deals with a protagonist suffering from MS, and to present an award at this evening’s Race To Erase MS benefit.

Award-winning actor and comedian Jeremy Piven is returning to Las Vegas for a special performance at the Red Rock Ballroom at Red Rock Resort on Friday, Sept. 9, 2022 at 8 p.m.

In partnership this summer, TOSOS and Iconoclast will bring to the stage, first, during Gay Pride Month, Grindr The Opera, followed by TOSOS's presentation of Robert Macke's House Of Chavis in July. Grindr The Opera is Erik Ransom's original, operatic parody about the hook-up app that changed gay life as we know it.

Hollywood icons Tony Todd (the original “Candyman”), Bai Ling (“The Crow”), and Robert Picardo (“Star Trek: Voyager”) will star in the upcoming social media themed horror film “WEREWOLF GAME.” Joining them are the also previously announced Lydia Hearst (“Z Nation”) and Teala Dunn (“Are We There Yet?”). 

The 7th annual Hollywood Beauty Awards (HBAs), founded by CEO Michele Elyzabeth, took place on Saturday, March 19 at the Taglyan Complex in Los Angeles. The HBAs honor the architects of beauty, recognizing talent in hair, makeup, photography and styling for film, TV, music, the red carpet and editorial. 

The nominees include Diana the Musical, with Jeanna de Waal, Roe Hartrampf, Erin Davie, Judy Kaye, Gareth Keegan, Christopher Ashley, Joe DiPierto, and David Bryan. In order to successfully complete the film, Mr. Realbuto had to lose over 100 pounds while filming as stated in his contract. After losing 154 pounds, he broke the world record for most weight lost for a movie role in cinema history. The record was most recently held by Christian Bale, who reportedly lost 63 pounds for 2004’s ‘The Machinist.’

In celebration of their 28th season, Emerging Artists Theatre will present a virtual benefit reading of Pooling to Paradise by Caytha Jentis, on Monday, November 23 at 8 pm. The production is directed by Alice Jankell and features Veronica Dang, Eulone Gooding, Stephen Reich, and Jersten Seraile. Proceeds from the benefit will help support Emerging Artists New Work Series.
