Chicago’s Arts in the Dark Halloween Parade returns for its 11th year on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 6–8 p.m. on State Street. The free, family-friendly event will feature more than 5,000 performers from 100+ cultural groups, giant puppets, live music, diverse community representation, and a DIY costume contest presented by Goodwill.
