Playwright Mike Lew’s TEENAGE DICK will stream exclusively beginning February 3, 2022, at pasadenaplayhouse.org. This weekend, the casts of more than 30 West End shows perform for free in Trafalgar Square! WEST END LIVE 2016 took place yesterday, 18 June (11am-6pm) and today, 19 June (12pm-6pm). One of today's performances featured Ramin Karimloo and Kerry Ellis belting out a tune for MURDER BALLAD. Both performers are set to appear in the UK Premiere of the musical this fall. Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma continues its new works initiative this fall with BERNICE BOBS HER HAIR, a world premiere musical that will take its first bows at Lyric's Plaza Theatre. The Dramatists Guild's Anti-Piracy Committee just hosted their first-ever Anti-Piracy awareness event on Monday, April 21. During the event, established and up-and-coming musical theatre writers paired up to reach out to known sheet music pirates and ask them to take down the links to their sheet music. The day is intended to raise awareness about the problem of sheet music piracy and take steps against the digital distribution of stolen sheet music.
