Jeffry Denman is a multi-talented performer who has made a name for himself both on and off Broadway. Born in Newport News, Virginia, Denman began his career as a dancer, studying at the School of American Ballet before joining the national tour of Cats. He then went on to perform in the Broadway productions of Crazy for You, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and The Producers.
Denman's talent as a dancer and choreographer has earned him numerous accolades, including a Drama Desk nomination for his work on the off-Broadway production of Yank! and a Chita Rivera Award for his choreography in the off-Broadway production of Cagney. He has also choreographed for regional theaters across the country, as well as for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular.
In addition to his work as a dancer and choreographer, Denman is also an accomplished actor and singer. He has appeared in numerous productions both on and off Broadway, including Irving Berlin's White Christmas, The Holiday Guys, and the off-Broadway production of Yank! He has also made appearances on television shows such as Law & Order: SVU and Smash.
Denman's most recent work includes his role as the choreographer for the off-Broadway production of The Marvelous Wonderettes, as well as his performance in the off-Broadway production of The Apple Tree. He continues to be a sought-after performer and choreographer in the New York theater scene, and his talent and dedication to his craft have made him a beloved figure among his peers and fans alike.

For 10 select weekends between June 4 and September 26, the sounds of music and memories will grace the Playhouse’s vintage patio.
