Theater On The Edge is extending its run of THE GOAT OR, WHO IS SYLVIA?, by Edward Albee, through Saturday, June 15th. The dark absurdist dramedy stars theater ensemble members Allan Whitehead and Adam Minossora alongside TOTE alum Mark Anthony Kelly and newcomer Merritt Greene. Directed by Marco DiGeorge, THE GOAT has been receiving glowing reviews and has sold out its initial run of the show, prompting a need for additional performances.

Encore Performing Arts is excited to get their 2019 shows off to a magical start with 'When You Imagine: The Music of Disney'. The concert's line-up features hits from Disney Films, Parks, Broadway shows and even the Disney Cruise Line! Songs include 'How Far I'll Go' from Moana, the Pirates of the Caribbean film theme and a SpectroMagic Medley. The performance boasts an 80+ person choir and a 60+ person orchestra in addition to featured soloists. The show will run May 17-18, 7:30pm at Freedom High School in Orlando. Tickets will be $20 if ordered in advance or $25 at the door.
Garden Theatre Announces Interactive Movie Series

Garden Theatre is known for its professional stage shows, education programs, and summer Milk Money Movies, but the theatre is now expanding into interactive movies for film buffs of all ages. In the 2019 - 2020 season, the Garden will host six Interactive Movie events. The Milk Money Movie series returns with changes to the ticketing process: guests will now be able to purchase tickets in advance.

The U.S. Presidential Scholars award one of the nation's highest honors for high school students who exemplify academic excellence is presented on behalf of the President of the United States and honors up to 161 graduating high school seniors of high potential each year. The U.S. Presidential Scholars in the Arts (full list below) were nominated by YoungArts to The White House Commission on Presidential Scholars and selected based on academic and artistic excellence, leadership qualities and community service.
