Un-Real is an upcoming American comedy-drama television series that is set to premiere on Lifetime on June 1, 2015. The series, inspired by Sarah Gertrude Shapiro's award winning independent short-film Sequin Raze, was created by Marti Noxon and Sarah Gertrude Shapiro, and stars Shiri Appleby as a young staff member on a hit dating show who does everything she can to help please the show's executive producer (Constance Zimmer).
