Vanessa Long Dance Company to Celebrate Third Year with Fundraising Gala

On December 1st, 2017, The Vanessa Long Dance Company, a New York-based professional Dance Company will be hosting a Fundraising Gala to celebrate their three-year anniversary.

The Company was created by Vanessa Long in October of 2014 in New York and has accomplished great opportunities for outreach and connected with individuals around the world. To come to their third year is truly an honor.

Upon reaching this milestone, Vanessa Long had this to say, "It is a truly humbling experience to see our company reach three years and to see the growth it has experienced in such a short amount of time. The work we do is very import to me and to see us reach so many people both domestically and internationally has been a treasure."

The Gala will be hosted at The Artist Co-Op at 500 W 52nd Street, 3W, New York, NY, 10019. It will feature a beautifully furnished venue, food, donation-based refreshments, a photo area, raffle baskets, and a special performance from the entire company. They would like to invite anyone who wishes to come celebrate with them to support their continued growth. They hope to celebrate many more years of dance and positive social change.

VLDC has been seen performing in venues throughout New York and recently came off two international Residencies; One in Peru, and another in Italy. Vanessa Long and VLDC has also founded the Long2 Dance Company which is a Pre-Professional Company, with branches in both NYC and Philadelphia. Additionally, VLDC has also founded the VLDC Junior Company based in Staten Island for young and developing artists.
