Waiting for Godot in Broadway WAITING FOR GODOT
Pittsburgh Irish and Classical Theatre
Join Didi and Gogo as they wait and wait and wait for Godot. While they wait, they meet Pozzo and Lucky, an odd couple passing through on their way to…? In this simple story of waiting and journeying, all life is captured. Truly, is there anything more wicked than wasted time? This play has influenced works as diverse as Tom Stoppard's Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, Christopher Guest's Waiting for Guffman, and Sesame Street's Waiting for Elmo, while many have made comparisons to Seinfeld. A darker Laurel and Hardy comic-tragedy-appropriate for all ages.
