This Sunday: After a federal judge declares major portions of New York City's controversial "stop and frisk" policy unconstitutional, supporters of the crime-fighting tactic claim the ruling takes away a valuable policing tool. Sunday, we'll ask a key supporter of the practice, the man in charge of keeping New York safe: Police Commissioner Ray Kelly.

And: What role did race play in the New York City "stop and frisk" decision? After being referenced in the judge's ruling on the issue, has Trayvon Martin become a catalyst for change in the justice system? David will talk with Trayvon Martin's mother Sybrina Fulton; the family's lawyer Benjamin Crump; and President and CEO of the NAACP, Ben Jealous.

Next: We'll get the very latest on the developing story in Egypt from NBC's Richard Engel who is on the ground. Plus, what does the growing violence in Egypt and the U.S. response say about America's role in the world and its ability to shape events? Joining us: Member of the Senate Armed Services Committee Sen. Jack Reed (D-RI); Dean of the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins, Vali Nasr; and Senior Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center, Robin Wright.

Then: Congress is on vacation but the partisan fighting hasn't stopped as the debates over immigration and Obamacare rage on in town hall meetings across the country. Plus, would-be candidates make headlines as the jockeying for 2016 kicks in to gear. We'll break it all down with our political roundtable. Joining us: Former White House Press Secretary now an NBC News Political Contributor Robert Gibbs, Editor of the National Review Rich Lowry, Rep. Donna Edwards (D-MD), and NBC News Political Director Chuck Todd.
