Midblock at Midtown welcomed Miami's real estate community on November 20 to celebrate the launch of sales and the unveiling of the boutique building's newly-renovated lobby and model residences. Transformed into a contemporary lounge complete with saxophone stylings of DJ Jorge Gomez, Midblock opened its doors with a chic indoor/outdoor ambience of white modern décor complete with soft candlelight and special take-home art by Atomik. Guests mixed and mingled in the lobby area as they were treated to mouth-watering hors d'oeuvres and cocktails by Thierry's, as well as explored the model residences while enjoying delectable cheeses and prosecco.

The lobby, which was designed by RS3 Designs, features a contemporary interior with modern furniture, sleek woodwork and exclusive art by Italian designer Alex Turko.
