Time Warner Cable Launches 'How-To' Videos

Time Warner Cable has introduced a collection of How-To videos to help customers better understand how to use the company's products and services. The complete library of How-To videos consists of more than 30 tutorial videos ranging from 30 seconds to five minutes in length.

Produced to be educational and easy to digest, the How-To videos tap into a broad array of topics including How to Read Your Bill, How to Use Your Time Warner Cable TV Guide, How to Use IntelligentHome, How to Manage MyServices, How to Connect Your TV Wires, How to Use On Demand, and How to Set Up WiFi, among many others.

"I'm proud of our extensive library of How-To videos that we've produced for our customers. We strive each day to provide better customer service and the How-To videos are an extension of those efforts," said Jeffrey A. Hirsch, EVP, Chief Marketing Officer, Residential Services of Time Warner Cable. "We understand that technology evolves at a rapid pace and it's difficult at times to keep up with mastering the use of each service, so the How-To videos are a great resource to have."
