SCOTTSDALE, AZ(Marketwired - Jul 8, 2013) - Beamz Interactive, Inc. (
"We are thrilled to announce this agreement with Stingray Music," said Charlie Mollo, President and CEO of Beamz Interactive. "The synergies of Stingray's extensive music catalogue, combined with our innovative laser controller technology, positions Beamz Interactive for significant revenue generation capabilities as the market embraces our interactive music format."
Through this new licensing agreement, Beamz is able to leverage the Stingray Music catalogue to supplement the current Beamz music library. The Stingray Music agreement complements the other content licensing agreements that Beamz has entered to-date, ensuring the company has a quality offering of music by all of today's top artists. An initial range of updated Beamz music content will be launched when Beamz Interactive introduces its new product offering in Q3, 2013.
"Stingray is delighted to partner with Beamz as we make our content available to their dedicated users around the world," said Derek Slep, Music Licensing at Stingray Music. "Our extensive music library provides Beamz with a significant catalogue of today's most popular artists and classic hits. We look forward to working with Beamz as they make their new product launch a major success."
In each Beamz song, up to 12 different instruments, music clips and sound effects are harmoniously paired with a background rhythm track that users can manipulate via the proprietary Beamz interactive software, which is packaged with all Beamz laser controller products. These preset, programmed songs make it easy for anyone to make great sounding music in minutes, regardless of experience.
The Beamz interactive music library includes top hits, party favorites and original works from Grammy award winning artists, and will soon include a broad range of popular tracks from Stingray.
