Fitness Tip of the Day: Adjust for Warmer Temps

On hot and humid days, you can't have the same expectations for your runs. Trying to maintain your normal pace and distance will not only burn you out (literally!), but you are putting yourself at risk for injury.

Train smart and alter your pacing during hot, humid weather. Carry extra water with you and look for shade whenever you run. If possible, head out during early hours or evenings when the sun is not at its peak.
