Brad Munn, Kathleen Renninger & More Among Destination ARTS! Events, 2/13-16
"Destination ARTS!" activities continue in Waynesboro with live music every weekend and events and artist demonstrations scheduled at Gallery 50 and 42 West ARTS Co-Op. The Ceramic Arts Center of Waynesboro and The Contemporary School of the Arts & Gallery will also be open with art and pottery for sale and art classes available. All galleries are open each week from Thursday through Sunday.
Spend your Valentine's Day in downtown Waynesboro with a "Wine Down Friday" as Brad Munn and his guitar bring a blend of bluegrass, country and rock music to Gallery 50 on the evening of February 14. In addition to a variety of impressive artwork, guests are also invited to enjoy wine and light refreshments between the hours of 5:00 and 8:00.
Kathleen Renninger will keep the warm feelings of the holiday alive on Saturday, as she stops by Gallery 50 to sign copies of her book, Pages From a Nature Lover's Diary. The author will also discuss the book with visitors from 2:00 - 4:00 in the afternoon.
At the same time on Saturday - Donna Bingaman will be demonstrating her oil painting at 42 West ARTS Co-Op. Drop in and see how Donna uses her brush to bring life to her canvas. Then, take a look around the gallery for a glimpse of the work that she and other members of the Co-Op have completed.
