Lily Rabe Joins HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAYAcclaimed stage star with a rising screen presence due to her work on AMERICAN HORROR STORY, noted young thespian Lily Rabe has joined the cast of the third and fourth installments of the popular dystopian franchise THE HUNGER GAMES, titled THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY PART 1 & 2.

Portraying the featured role of Commander Lyme in the forthcoming film - a victor of a past hunger games competition - Rabe adds yet another impressive acting credit to a busy year that has found her filming the witch-themed third season of FX's hit series AMERICAN HORROR STORY, as well as shooting the indie entry REDEMPTION TRAIL and guesting once again on CBS's long-running drama THE GOOD WIFE.

The second film in THE HUNGER GAMES series, THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE, will be released November 22. No release date has yet been set for the next installments at this time, though it is expected they will be released in 2014 and 2015, respectively, as they are set to start shooting soon.

Rabe joins a slew of stage and screen heavyweights in the THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY PARTS 1 & 2, including new cast additions Philip Seymour Hoffman, Jeffrey Wright and Julianne Moore in addition to returning leads Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks and Donald Sutherland, among others.
