The Beautiful City Project's OSCAR NIGHT was an evening of songs that have won the coveted award of 'Best Song' at the Oscars, and paid tribute to the numerous organizations that TBCP have raised funds an awareness for over the past year. Hosted by Stephen Schellhardt & Devin DeSantis, the show featured performances across a span of 9 decades, and included top Chicago musical theatre talent, a 12-piece orchestra, and 12-person choir.

The Argyle Theatre's production of West Side Story, directed by Evan Pappas and Todd Underwood, choreographed by Todd Underwood, with musical direction by Christopher D. Jesus of Suburbia: The Music of Green Day celebrates the music of one of the most iconic American bands of our time. Green Day is famously known for infusing the raw power of punk with melodic pop sensibilities and relatable lyrics to capture the angst-ridden restlessness of American teenagers at the end of the 20th century and into the 21st. Produced by Michael Anthony Theatrical, this one-night engagement debuted on Friday, July 8th will play The Green Room 42.

AN OFFICER AND A GENTLEMAN, a new musical based on the Oscar-winning film and original screenplay by Douglas Day Stewart, premieres tonight, Thursday, October 28 at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas.

The producers of the new musical AN OFFICER AND A GENTLEMAN, announced today that the world premiere will take place in Las Vegas at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts on October 26-31, 2021 followed by a multi-season tour that will visit more than 50 cities in the 2021-2022 season.
