The Show-Off Photos - Off-Broadway

On April 5, 2025, the staff at 54 Below showed off their stuff in the annual 54 Does 54 show. The night was a grab bag of entertainment with a wide range and variety of talent.

The thrilling show takes audience members through an unforgettable experience as Dino Valentino (Anthony Giordano) and Francis Merryweather (Artie Brennan) host a live taping of a fictional TV show. The award-winning (and vaccinated) cast is full of memorable characters, socially distanced games, prizes and more.

In 1982, transgender performer and Warhol superstar, Holly Woodlawn, appeared in a theatre piece called The Game Show in Greenwich Village, New York City.

The Peccadillo Theater Company, the OBIE, Lucille Lortel and Drama Desk Award-winning company dedicated to the rediscovery of classic American theater, presents a revival of The Show-Off by Pulitzer Prize-winning dramatist George Kelly, starring Lucille Lortel Award-winner Annette O'Toole (Southern Comfort, Man from Nebraska, 'Smallville,' 'Halt and Catch Fire'). Acclaimed children's author and illustrator, Eric Carle has delighted three generations of readers with his books featuring his distinctive collage art and iconic characters. His most famous book THE VERY HUNGRY CATERPILLAR which was first published in 1969, has sold more than 41 million copies worldwide. THE VERY HUNGRY CATERPILLAR SHOW will begin performances on January 30, and will celebrate its opening on Sunday, February 7, with an initial run through March 27, 2016 at the 47th Street Theatre (304 W 47th St.). THE ASTRONAUT LOVE SHOW is now playing at The Kraine Theater (85 East 4th St. New York, NY 10003). Performances continue through Sunday, November 22. Westport Country Playhouse stages the classic comedy, 'The Show-Off,' described as a funny, surprising, and moving story of a family in upheaval when their youngest daughter becomes engaged to a brash loudmouth, playing now through June 29. Cast in principal roles are 2013 Drama Desk Award winner Jayne Houdyshell as the imperious Mrs. Fisher, and Drama Desk nominee Will Rogers as Aubrey Piper, The Show-Off of the title. Pop singer Aaron Carter, currently starring in the Off-Broadway production of 'The Fantasticks,' stopped by rehearsal for the York Theatre Company Musicals in Mufti concert staging of 'The Show Goes On' to say hi to Tom Jones and the cast. Mr. Jones is the writer of 'The Fantasticks' and 'The Show Goes On.'
