Non-Profit Road Recovery and Roxiny Release 'Voices In My Head'

Entertainment non-profit Road Recovery has partnered with New York-based Dominican singer-songwriter, Roxiny to release the new single, “Voices In My Head” featuring the legendary producer, musician, and long-time charity supporter, Don Miggs who performed, mixed and produced the track. The single is written and recorded in collaboration with The (LBTQ) Center participants as part of the organization’s Trax Program in statewide Youth Clubhouses sanctioned by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS). Earlier this year, Seattle, WA-based Painted Shield announced details of their forthcoming LP, Painted Shield 3, due for release July 26, 2024 via Loosegroove Records. Florida Rep Executive Director Announces Retirement

Florida Repertory Theatre's longtime executive director, John Martin, announced his retirement in April, and will depart the organization after twenty-three years. The board of directors will conduct a national search to fill the position next fall, and Martin plans to remain involved in an emeritus capacity to ensure a smooth transition.

In a new interview with Andy Cohen, actor John Leguizamo discussed his working relationship with Ghost star Patrick Swayze on the set of the film To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar. After Cohen mentioned how highly people speak of Swayze, Leguizamo recalls a different experience on set, saying 'I love him. He was just neurotic and I'm not, you know, I'm neurotic too, but I don't know. He was just, it was difficult working with him.'
