After two years of virtual programming, the 14th annual the Boston Book Festival will return to Copley Square on Saturday, Oct. 29 with a full-day of free events.

Producer Mark Cortale's Broadway in New Orleans concert series will present Christine Ebersole, two-time Tony Award-winner for Grey Gardens and 42nd Street and star of Oscar-winning films such as Amadeus and Tootsie, on Saturday, October 15 at 7:30 PM with renowned entertainer Billy Stritch at the piano.

aGLIFF, Austin’s oldest film festival and premiere LGBTQ+ film fest of the Southwest, has announced the full 2022 schedule with events for the 35th annual festival PRISM 35 taking place in-person August 24–28, 2022 in Austin, TX.

Goodspeed Musicals has announced the cast for the blockbuster tap dancing extravaganza 42nd Street. The toe-tapping crowd-pleaser will run from Sept. 16 – Nov. 6 at The Goodspeed in East Haddam, Conn. 

The Fabulous Fox Theatre and the producers of the Broadway smash hit musical AIN'T TOO PROUD – THE LIFE AND TIMES OF THE TEMPTATIONS have announced  full casting for the First National Tour coming to St. Louis at the Fabulous Fox Theatre September 20 – October 2.

Carter Calvert, the Broadway actress-singer who previously wowed audiences at Bucks County Playhouse as the iconic country music legend in “Always ... Patsy Cline,” will bring her one-woman show, “Viva La Diva,” back to the historic playhouse on Sunday, August 14 at 7:00 pm.

Berkeley Repertory Theatre announced the full cast and creative team for the world premiere musical, Goddess. The musical stage production is conceived and directed by Saheem Ali, music and lyrics by Michael Thurber, and written by Jocelyn Bioh. Previews begin Saturday, August 13, and the show runs through Sunday, September 25.

Due to overwhelming demand, comedian Jo Koy and Friends will be coming to Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana's Hard Rock Live Venue on September 30. Pre-sale will begin July 12 at 10 a.m., and tickets are on sale now.

The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust announces the return of the annual Summer Gallery Crawl in the Cultural District on Friday, July 22, 2022, from 5:30 p.m. to Midnight featuring an array of free events at over 15 Crawl Stops located in Pittsburgh Cultural Trust galleries, and other various indoor and outdoor locations and public spaces including the Trust's brand-new summer-long destination in the Cultural District, the Backyard at 8th & Penn.

Festival of Cinema NYC will return for its 6th year, as a live in-person 10-day event, August 5 - August 14. The Joyce Theater Foundation will welcome the return of percussive dance and one its greatest superstars this summer with the world premiere of Rhythm is Life.
