The nationally regarded Fulton Theatre is proud to announce the most exciting season in the theatre's 166-year history! The Fulton "Engages Life Through Art" through three distinct series serving over 160,000 patrons through diverse programing reflecting the broad make-up of the Lancaster community and greater region of eastern Pennsylvania. Overture Center for the Arts announced today the upcoming summer gallery cycle will run from Tuesday, June 11-Sunday, Sept. 1, 2019, with three reception activities throughout that timeframe. Admission to the gallery and reception are free and open to the public. Overture's Galleries I, II and III, which rotate off the center's Rotunda Lobby on each level of the arts center at 201 State St. in downtown Madison, create a forum for diverse artistic expression that fosters the growth of local artists, curators and arts organizations.

Hint of Lime Productions is delighted to present five plays at the inaugural Nomad Film and Theatre Festival, a mini touring festival visiting The New Forest, Greenwich, Newhaven and Buxton over the late spring and summer. Hint of Lime will join the Nomad Festival in Greenwich with The Very Perry Show, the 2017 Best Comedy Award winner at the United Solo Theatre Festival in New York, making a sole Nomad Festival appearance on 9 June, the five star reviewed Are There More of You? written and performed by Alison Skilbeck on 13 June in Greenwich, 20 June in Newhaven and 20 July in Buxton, the mysterious thriller A Substitute For Life by Simon Brett, and the five star reviewed The Power Behind The Crone, both in Greenwich on 14 June, in Newhaven on 21 June and Buxton on 21 July. The company is joined by four-star reviewed "Author, Composer, Soldier-of-a-sort" written and performed by Jan Carey in Buxton on 5-7 July.

THE TORONTO FRINGE FESTIVAL returns this summer with an extensive line-up of productions by award-winning artists, the popular POSTSCRIPT pop-up patio, and for the first time, will venture to the East End with 16 shows presented at main venue Streetcar Crowsnest. The TORONTO FRINGE takes place July 3 July 14, 2019 with 151 shows at 46 venues presented across the city, and all venues are fully accessible.

The Eisemann Center and the City of Richardson announced the 2019-2020 Season of Eisemann Center Presents (ECP) at the Annual Season Preview Party on Thursday, May 9, 2019. The season includes our two full subscription series: Jeffrey Siegel's Keyboard Conversations with a total of four concerts; and the Family Theatre Series with four productions and the accompanying immersive children's program Eisemann Extras. In addition we have 16 diverse productions ranging from superstar Mandy Patinkin to Asleep At The Wheel on their 50th Anniversary Tour and America's Got Talent favorite, deaf singer Mandy Harvey all returning to the Eisemann Center this season.

I decided to speak with the show's Creator/Director Michael Leoni (ML) and producers Michelle Kaufer (MK) and Cassidy Pepper (CP), about how the new production uses stylized movements by the characters, enhanced lighting and sound designs, to bring the play flow so much more fluid than last year's version. The result grabs the audience's attention to the point of being able to hear a pin drop, making the entire experience even more stunning and breathtaking than before. And, of course, its relevance to the #MeToo movement is immediately recognizable as power players move in and out of Jason's life during the party.

WarnerMedia's truTV is expanding on its roster of original comedies as the network today unveiled its 2019-20 programming slate ahead of next week's first-ever WarnerMedia Upfront event at The Theater at Madison Square Garden. The cable network, which since 2014 has established itself as the home to a portfolio of distinct, creator-driven comedic shows, announced greenlights of its first animated series, This Functional Family from comedian Jo Koy, as well as new series Game Changers (wt) from Clayton English and Noah Gardenswartz. Additionally, the network has ordered a third season of its Emmy-nominated and critically lauded series At Home with Amy Sedaris, as well as announced new seasons of Laff Mobb's Laff Tracks and The Carbonaro Effect, and additional episodes of Adam Ruins Everything, all launching later this year.
