Nineteen theater companies and 165 artists from across the U.S. and Puerto Rico will electrify downtown L.A. during a three-week national theater festival of dynamic, contemporary Latiné theater. Beloved Christmas romcom The Holiday (2006) is to be presented live in concert this festive season, on a 16-date UK-wide tour, which will see the films score played live-to-film with a complete concert orchestra. The announcement comes after a sell-out tour in 2023.

First and foremost, I go to the theatre to be entertained. A show doesn’t have to be complex, have an agenda, or try to teach the audience a moral to be enjoyable. It’s perfectly acceptable, and usually preferential, to simply be entertained. Prism Theater Company’s [title of show] is an amusing diversion. It’s quirky, silly, funny musical entertainment, and I liked it so much more than I thought I would.
