Central Works' new comedy Dada Teen Musical: The Play, written by Maury Zeff, has extended through November 23. The show was originally scheduled to run October 18–November 16.

While a lot has been written about two handers, a term for two-person shows, less has been penned about three-handers. Yet, three-person plays are just as common a genre on Broadway as pieces with only two players. Currently, Art, by Yasmina Reza, is receiving an all-star revival at the Music Box.

Broadway star Karen Mason will bring her acclaimed show Just in Styne: Karen Sings Jule to the Skokie Theatre on October 5, 2025. The one-night-only Chicago premiere will celebrate the music of legendary composer Jule Styne.

The North American tour of Disney’s The Lion King will welcome David D’Lancy Wilson as Mufasa and Gilbert Domally as Simba. Wilson and Domally will begin performances on Tuesday, September 23 in Portland, OR at Keller Auditorium.
