Beowulf Alley Theatre Company Celebrates New Marquee, 2/12

Beowulf Alley Theatre Company will host a celebration on Saturday, Feb. 12, to commemorate the completion of a new façade project that has provided the theatre with a new marquee. The event will take place during Tucson's 2nd  Saturday event, and will run from 6 - 9 p.m. at the theatre, 11 S. 6th Avenue, Tucson. The event is free and open to the public.
 
The project was made possible through a city grant matching program that provided 50% of the $60,000 total cost. The remaining cost was funded by private donations from individuals and businesses throughout the community, including the Gibson Family, LLC, which owns the building; Humberto Lopez; Hotel Congress; Lisa Otey and Diane Van Deurzen.
