Darren Criss, best known for playing Blaine on the musical TV show GLEE is preparing to kick off a sold-out 16-city tour called “Listen Up.” He talks to TODAY's Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb today about his start on YouTube and his experience at the White House Correspondents' Dinner.

Earlier today, Darren Criss announced his first ever 16-city North American summer tour. He announced it to the world through all forms of communication, including YouTube! In his video announcement, he reveals details of his tour and forthcoming solo album.

Julia Albain and Corey Lubowich (of Team StarKid fame) have announced a Kickstarter campaign for Judas Redux, a project that will include extensive behind-the-scenes content and a new production of The Last Days of Judas Iscariot by Stephen Adly Guirgis, directed by Julia Albain, and featuring Lauren Lopez, Joey Richter and Brian Rosenthal. If the goal of $36,000 is met, The Last Days of Judas Iscariot will be presented at Stage 773, 1225 West Belmont in Chicago, for 18 performances, August 23 - September 8, 2013. The Los Angeles based Festival of New American Musicals was formed specifically to cultivate new American musicals and nurture America's musical youth. SHOWSEARCH, the Festival's nation-wide search for the best ten minute musical written by 16-to-25-year-olds crowned its winners March 23rd in Los Angeles at the Ramon C.
