The York Theatre Company has announced the cast and creative team for the second production of its Fall 2024 “New2NY” series.

Jeff Harnar's Sammy Cahn show was a delightful escape into another era of music performed by a master and his very talented friends (Clint Holmes, MOIPEl and Grammy winner Nicole Zuraitis). Harnar's new Cahn album is out now from PS Classics.

Jeff Harnar first visited the music of Sammy Cahn with a CD 24 years ago and this re-visit was masterly done and is available on a new CD appropriately titled Jeff Harnar Sings Sammy Cahn..The Second Time Around. Nearly every Tuesday, Susie Mosher brings an exciting variety of acts to Birdland Jazz Club. This week's Lineup on April 23rd featured acts including Tanya Moberly, Kyra Lee, Sean Harkness, Yael Rasooly, Amy Irving, Aaron Lindenberg, David Marino Jay Maynar, Chase McCalll, and Gabrielle Stravelli. Linda Purl has had a long, storied career, playing iconic roles on Happy Days, Matlock and The Office. On Monday April 1, she’s back at Birdland Jazz Club with a one-night only concert called BIG BAND ROMANCE. The show will pay tribute to the big band greats with hit songs including “Pick Yourself Up” and “Come Rain or Come Shine.”

Humorist and singer extraordinaire Ben Jones wowed the crowd at 54 Below on Sunday night. His show, LET ME BE FRANK, played on March 10th to an appreciative audience at Broadway's Supper Club. Photographer Conor Weiss snapped some shots of the night.

We spoke about the inspiration behind this new show, Jones's comedic bents, and what audiences can expect from the show.

54 Below will present Ben Jones in Let Me Be Frank on March 10, 2024. After a sold-out performance at the Birdland Jazz Club in December, Ben Jones brings this special encore performance to 54 Below.

Isabelle Georges' will bring her journey through the French repertoire in 'OH LÀ LÀ!' to 54 Below on February 22nd.
