Sunset Blvd. on Broadway will welcome actress Rashidra Scott, as standby for the role of ‘Norma Desmond’ starting Monday, January 20. As previously announced, Caroline Bowman, who was the standby for ‘Norma Desmond,’ departs the production on Sunday, January 19.
