Directed by Ted Lange, SATCHMO AT THE WALDORF will run from February 1 – 26, 2023 at San Jose Stage Company.

San Jose Stage Company (Randall King, Artistic Director and Cathleen King, Executive Director) has announced the full cast and creative team for The Stage’s World Premiere adaptation of Frank Capra’s classic MEET JOHN DOE by Robert Riskin.

The special performance will take place following the release of his highly-anticipated album Longcut due out on Oct. 28th. Mike’s Opry debut and his fourth studio album Longcut mark a decade of building his career independently as a critically-acclaimed songwriter with songs that have garnered over 265 million streams.

The San Jose Stage Company has announced the cast and creative team for The Play That Goes Wrong, the first production of MILESTONE: The 40th Anniversary Season. The madcap hit from Broadway and the West End, written by Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, and Henry Shields, will be directed by Jon Tracy.

Fan reaction was deafening in the house on Sunday night when Billy Ray Cyrus took the stage alongside Dierks Bentley for “Achy Breaky Heart,” followed by Elle King stepping in with Bentley during “Devil Went Down To Georgia.” Elle King also hit the stage to perform “Ex’s and Oh’s” with Ashley McBryde.

San Jose Stage Company has announced the full cast and creative team for The Stage’s first production in its 39th Season, Lauren Yee’s THE GREAT LEAP. Directed by Jeffrey Lo, THE GREAT LEAP will run from September 29 – October 17, 2021 at San Jose Stage Company.
