Four-time Emmy nominated comedian, actor, singer, writer, and satirist Randy Rainbow has announced The Pink Glasses Tour. Produced by Live Nation, the 21-city tour kicks off on September 17th at The Paramount in Huntington, New York making stops across North America in San Antonio, Vancouver, Philadelphia, Baltimore and more.

Today's top stories include a new theatre for the upcoming Broadway production of The Piano Lesson, starring Samuel L. Jackson. Casting has been announced for the North American tour ofTINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL. The tour will hold technical rehearsals and launch at  the Providence Performing Arts Center in Providence, Rhode Island on September 11, 2022 and go on to  visit 30 cities in its first year. 

PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL has announced the extension of the tour through May 7, 2023, with the final scheduled engagement taking place in Sacramento, CA. The Equity tour, which launched in October 2021 at the Providence Performing Arts Center in Providence, RI, will have played 61 cities across North America by the end of its run.

The just completed season saw DPAC welcoming its five-millionth guest since opening in 2008.  In celebration of reaching this attendance milestone, the five-millionth guest won a concert and comedy superstar package featuring tickets to ten shows of their choice and received a special welcome featured on social media.

On Friday, July 22, 2022, 104 performers (“cast members”) from the Providence Performing Arts Center’s Next Stop BROADWAY® program will take to the PPAC stage for a magical finale performance. For the first time, the Next Stop BROADWAY: Finale Starring Students will be open to the public for all to enjoy.

Emmy Award-winning writer, actor, and comedian JOHN MULANEY is bringing his From Scratch tour to the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 7P.

Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band - Steve Lukather, Colin Hay, Warren Ham, Gregg Bissonette, Hamish Stuart and Edgar Winter - announced that two members have tested positive for Covid. Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band's concert on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at 7:30P at the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) in Providence, RI has been postponed to September 2022.

Coming in December of 2022, David Foster and Katherine McPhee are coming to perform “The Kat & Dave Show,” a special intimate concert, at the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) on Sunday, December 4 at 7P. Learn how to get tickets.
