Ms. Kazan was on my radar for as long as I can remember when I started to get interested in theatre, music and show business and had “secret” subscriptions to magazines that focused on those passions.

The Best of Broadway series will present DISNEY'S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST (September 16 – 21, 2025) and THE SOUND OF MUSIC (November 4 – 9, 2025) as part of the 2025 – 2026 Best of Broadway season at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center.

Sony Pictures Classics has announced that Blue Moon, the upcoming biographical portrait of Broadway lyricist Lorenz Hart, will be released in theaters on October 17, 2025 in Los Angeles and New York, before expanding nationwide on October 24, 2025.

 Gateway Playhouse in Somers Point will open its first musical of 2025, “South Pacific,” by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II. The show runs on weekends beginning this month.
