SF Sketchfest kicks off its 21st comedy festival with legend Eric Idle at the Castro Theatre on Thursday, January 18 followed by over 200 shows taking place through February 4 in venues across San Francisco.

SF Sketchfest has revealed the initial lineup for the 2024 Comedy Festival in San Francisco. Tickets go on sale on November 19.

The Stars In The House Labor Day Special that was presented on Monday, September 4 by SiriusXM’s Seth Rudetsky, his husband, Broadway producer James Wesley and Entertainment Community Fund Chair Annette Bening has raised more than $55,000 so far. See photos from the event!

The animated series will star original voice talent including Mike Judge, Kathy Najimy, Stephen Root, Pamela Adlon, Johnny Hardwick and Lauren Tom. The reboot has been in the works since the 2017 San Francisco Sketchfest, where Judge and Daniels reconnected with the cast and celebrated the 20th anniversary of “King of the Hill.”

20th Television Animation and Hulu announced today the return of Matt Groening and David X. Cohen's brilliantly subversive animated sci-fi comedy, Futurama. The show’s returning voice cast includes stars Billy West, Katey Sagal, Tress MacNeille, Maurice LaMarche, Lauren Tom, Phil LaMarr and David Herman.

The critically acclaimed series 'Andi Mack' will present a story arc on gun safety in two new episodes airing FRIDAY, NOV. 16, and FRIDAY, NOV. 30, (8:00-8:30 p.m. EST/PST) on Disney Channel and DisneyNOW. Disney Channel programmers developed the episodes under the consultancy of the child development experts at The Brady Center and Hollywood, Health & Society (HH&S), a program of the USC Annenberg Norman Lear Center. The episodes include a public service announcement about gun safety.

The Actors Fund's Looking Ahead Program presented The 2018 Looking Ahead Awards on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at the magnificent Taglyan Cultural Complex in Hollywood. Hosted by Ashley Argota and Garrett Clayton, The Looking Ahead Awards honors leaders in the current and former young performer community who inspire the world by living the program's core values of growth, education, leadership and community service.

The 4TH Annual ASIAN WORLD FILM FESTIVAL (AWFF) will close with an awards presentation honoring actresses Lisa Lu and Awkwafina (Crazy Rich Asians) with the Snow Leopard Awards at the festival's closing night ceremony. AWFF is once again partnering with The Snow Leopard Trust to raise awareness for the endangered snow leopard and its ecosystem in the high mountains of Asia. The season 2 finale of Disney Channel's 'Andi Mack' (Monday, 8/13/18) is cable's No. 1 series telecast for the month of August to date in Tweens 9-14 (464,000/1.9 rating) and the No. 1 live-action series telecast in Kids 6-11 (514,000/2.1 rating).

In its 8:00 p.m. half-hour, Disney Channel's 'Andi Mack' ranked as Monday's No. 1 series on cable TV among Kids 6-11 (555,000/2.3 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (531,000/2.2 rating).
