Concord Theatricals has secured exclusive worldwide licensing rights to Marc Shaiman, Scott Wittman, Rick Elice and Bob Martin’s Smash, a musical about a musical about Marilyn.

Krysta Rodriguez will join the cast of Chicago as Roxie Hart. She will begin performances in June at the Ambassador Theatre. Rodriguez most recently appeared on Broadway in SMASH.

Chicago will welcome back Rachel Schur in the role of “Roxie Hart” and will welcome to the cell block for the first time Nik Walker as “Billy Flynn” at the Ambassador Theatre. Learn more here!

Chicago on Broadway, currently starring Whitney Leavitt as 'Roxie Hart' will offer $20 rush tickets to the added matinee performance. $20 RUSH tickets will be available in person day of beginning at 10AM.

Whitney Leavitt (“The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” “Dancing with the Stars”) will return as “Roxie Hart” in Chicago on Broadway from Monday, March 23 through Sunday, April 5.

Chicago on Broadway will welcome the return of Sophie Carmen-Jones in the role of “Velma Kelly” and Jacqueline B. Arnold in the role of “Matron Mama Morton” beginning Monday, January 26 at the Ambassador Theatre. 

Moulin Rouge! The Musical original Broadway cast member Ricky Rojas will return to the role of 'Santiago'. Ricky Rojas created the role of Santiago in Moulin Rouge! The Musical for the show’s Broadway premiere in 2019.

BroadwayCon is set to return next year, with Mainstage programming taking place at Palladium Times Square, and additional programming and the Marketplace taking place at the New York Westin at Times Square.

Bella Coppola, most recently seen on Broadway as Chloe Zervoulian in Smash, has released a new original single, 'One Night Stand.' Her latest single release follows 2020's 'Forbidden Fruit' and her 2019 EP, 'I Regret Nothing.' Listen to it here.
