Goodspeed Musicals has revealed the participants for the 12th annual Johnny Mercer Foundation Writers Grove at Goodspeed Musicals.

From parts of the team that brought you THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NY: THE UNAUTHORIZED PARODY MUSICAL and M3GAN: THE UNAUTHORIZED PARODY MUSICAL…and from other parts of the team that brought you a canceled show on the SyFy Channel…comes a hilarious & irreverent new musical about a centuries-old Hanukkah folktale, and a decades-old beloved children's book written by an acclaimed author who we hope won't sue us.

Andy Cohen opened The Bravos, the first-ever award show at BravoCon, with a special Las Vegas-style musical number. Cohen was joined by Las Vegas showgirls and dancers, while he shared the microphone with several Bravo-lebrities like Candiace Dillard Bassett, Erin Lichy, Brynn Whitfield, and Chanel Ayan. 54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, will again present a cast of Harvard and Yale grads and current students in The Eighth Annual Harvard-Yale Cantata: The Eras Tour. Following a sold-out run of his nationally-acclaimed THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW YORK: THE PARODY MUSICAL, hilarious composer-cum-comedy-writer Dylan MarcAurele has now delighted fans with the announcement of his latest creation for the stage: M3GAN: THE PARODY MUSICAL. 

The American Academy of Arts and Letters announced the two recipients of the 2023 Richard Rodgers Awards for Musical Theater. Both winning musicals will receive funds toward their presentation in staged readings at nonprofit theaters in New York City.
