Dear Evan Hansen returns to Broadway tomorrow, Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 7:30 pm at the Music Box Theatre (239 W 45th Street). The production will be the final Broadway show to make its return this year.
Jordan Fisher took to the stage on The View to perform 'Waving Through A Window', the hit song from Dear Evan Hansen. Fisher will return to star as Evan Hansen in the Tony-winning Broadway musical when the production reopens on Broadway. He was also seen in Hamilton on Broadway, Rent Live, and Grease Live.

Broadway has found its next Evan Hansen! Producer Stacey Mindich just announced today that recording artist and actor Jordan Fisher will return to Broadway, joining the cast of the Tony Award- winning musical Dear Evan Hansen, playing the title role for a limited 16-week engagement, beginning Tuesday, January 28. Broadway's Tony Award-winning Best Musical, Dear Evan Hansen, is currently in its third record-smashing year at the Music Box Theatre. Following the success of the Broadway production, a national tour launched soon after, bringing the story across North America. A sit-down production made its way to Toronto earlier this year, and will be followed by a West End production set to debut in October 2019 at the Noel Coward Theatre.
Last night, The Jimmy Awards held their 11th annual ceremony at Broadway's Minskoff Theatre. The top awards went to Ethan Kelso and Ekele Ukegbu, for Best Performance by an Actor, and Actress, respectively. Kelso took home the prize for his performance as Will Bloom in Big Fish at Salt Lake School for the Performing Arts in Logan, Utah, while Ukegbu won for her performances as the title role of Aida at Elmont Memorial Junior-Senior High School in New York City.
